Notes from my desk this month: Holiday edition

T’was the week before Christmas but if you're anything like me it doesn't feel nearly long enough. There are a few more presents to buy (let alone wrap), bucket list baking you'll probably never get round to and you're pretty much running solely on cocktail sausages and champagne while trying to avoid multiple plagues. These are the things on my mind for the month - basically all things TLC. Merry Christmas! x

Top 4 Interior Design Trends I love right now

I love to forecast interior design trends and it's integral to my job to stay aware of what's coming next. To keep ahead of the curve I look at what trends are coming through via Salone Del Mobile - the annual global design fair in Milan. I also look to see what is coming down the runway in fashion. And then I translate what I find into the spaces I design.

How to define your interior style

For me, style is a creative story in a visual form. It's a visual representation of what I like, what's meaningful to me and how I feel. This definition is true for both fashion and interiors, and other creative forms too.
